In recent updates I have talked alot about lonliness, and about growing old, and about other related subjects. No, I'm not going to rant on in the same old way ( Read more... )

Was it the online thing?
Oh and I meant to ask, are you going to say where your online one is? I'd like to be nosy (at least I'm honest)and see what you've said about yourself:)

No, actually, we were introduced by a mutual friend at this July's Oakleaf Circle Lammas camp, although at the time I just thought we would become friends - but Ged (the mutual friend) although he strongly denies this, has been playing Cupid . . . . no, that's not right, Ged is Northern Tradition, so he would have to have been working with Freya. What happened was, I took a notebook and pen to the camp to keep a camp journal, but while there took names addresses and emails of the people I got along well with. Anyway, I arranged to go and stay with Robin - this is his name, BTW, in order to travel down to the Abbot's Bromley Horn Dance (you 'lurk' on WUK, so you will be aware of the Horn Dance). Anyway, as the emails got more and more frequent, and the phone calls gradually developed from lasting 10 minutes to lasting 3 hours, we realised that maybe something was going on. So when I got into Derbyshire, while I was supposed to be there as a friend, and stay in the spare room, it didn't quite work out like that ( ... )

Same as always.

Your profile reads pretty well. You don't look quite how I imagined, it's interesting to see who I'm talking to now.

Oh? How did you imagine me to look? It's always interesting to know what people think. I put a lot of thought into my profile, and the people who responsed complimented me on my honesty. Which is good. One person said it was refreshing to read a profile that wasn't full of lies and bull shit.

Hi Heather!!

Tahnks for that! How are you and what are you up to? I must confess I haven't read friends journals in a while, I should set myself an hour aside and catch up.

If you want to know all the juicy details read my reply to the comment made by Inncubus, alright? Not that there's too much 'kiss and tell' going on, but you know what I mean!

Love, hugs and bright blessings

Kath xx

If you go into your profile page and scroll down to where your friends list is.. then click the word 'friends' your friends page will come up where you can quickly and easily scroll through your friends entries without having to 'visit' their journals.

Didn't know if you knew this. :-D

And I know all about the romance thing so I'll not comment on that lol.
