I feel like you, too.

Every time I had to reorder (or re-bag) my comics or trading cards was like a religious ritual, and I enjoyed it very much.

But after two moves late last year, I got lots and lots of comics (still) waiting to be ordered. I am doing it in a very slow fashion. I kind of got tired of moving so many boxes, I guess. I might go back to normal once I finish the ordering of things.

I just re-arranged my books and video games last week (a step towards that unreachable goal of having a place for every comic book issue in my room).

I dare not buy used games, man. Stick to it. At the very least, for the series you love most.

In a house with other 4 gamers, 100% of which swear by piracy as the best means to get more and more games, someone has to stay true.

And even if people do not give a damn, you buy your collection for yourself, so it is you who must like seeing it there, not the others.

I feel the same way as well. It's been almost a point of pride to have my bookcase piled high with cases for my Gamecube/PS2/DS games and a drawer full of Gameboy games. I purchased one of those flash carts for my GBA so I would theoretically have every GBA game at my fingertips, which I enjoyed, but I didn't get one for my DS for the simple reason that I missed buying games. It definitely wasn't the cost-efficient way to go; the cost of a G6 or R4 would have been made up for after about 3 or 4 games. But it felt good to me to buy the games and have the cases to look at each day.
