I just learned that "dios boh-teek" means "thank you" in Mayan. and co-oh-sh is "lets go." There was others, but I forgot. Before I forgot these, I decided to post them.

I like it when my mom slices them and fries them. she would serve them over rice. My grandma used to make the most amazing fried platains(sp?). I wouldn't be surprised if the chips were good, though I haven't tried them.
