I love your trips with Waki! I think the meals are my favourite, but the scenery is wonderful too! Thanks for sharing it with us! ;-)

Next time if we manage to get in the same islands/continents at the same time I'll have to drag you along! Just to keep Waki in line you see! ;)

What a lovely weekend! The Cotswolds are so very picturesque, though Bourton can get heaving with tourists at times. Did you go to Birdland or the model village? I spent many a happy hour paddling in the river when I was a kid! And I'm so glad you paid your respects to the Bird and Baby in Oxford. The Professor would appreciate it with an amused twinkle in his eye, I'm sure of it. It's a wonderful city, so many fascinating nooks and crannies to explore. And I think the students you saw were probably on their way to or from Chapel if it was a Sunday. No classes then and they don't wear robes to class anyway, more for special occasions and exams.

Thank you for such splendid pictures. Hope you and Waki have recovered from your exciting travels!

And how are the sunflowers coming along?!

No! The one thing I didn't get to see that I really wanted was the Model Village!!! It was raining at the time, and we didn't stop long. Loved Bourton though. Very very pretty! We saw a group of Japanese tourists. *grins*

Ah.. I see. Was quite a surprise to see them in billowy black robes (and a prof. in white?) Oxford is lovely. You sound like you know the area well!

Cheers! Glad you enjoyed Waki's adventures!

On the sunflowers, one particular plant is HUGE!! I still have all 3 of mine the the biggest it at least a hand taller than the other 2! Will have sunflower updates soon. *grins*
