Eh, more or less Zuckerberg's ridiculous concept of human psychology. People just have more than one identity and behave differently depending on their context. People are different at work than they are with friends drinking, than they are in bed with their wife, than they are in bed with their one-night-stand, than they are around their mothers... and so on. And Mr. Facebook seems to think doing so makes one dishonest. Google pulled a similar one saying: If there's something you'd like to do online, which you don't want others to know about, then maybe you shouldn't do it. It's one of several things concerning privacy these days, that worries me deeply.
I can see where you and they are coming from. With my stuff on the 'net, I don't really care if my employers see it; if they're going to fire me over it, then I probably didn't want to work with their like in the first place. At the same time, you won't find pictures of me doing illegal or risque activities.
