Umum. In your applications, it says that you can't apply for real life characters, but what about the characters real life people play in dramas? Because I'm not quite sure if it's the same thing.

Yes, you can. The character limit is three, actually.

I don't see why not, but it would be preferable that (if you want her to be normal size) you bring her from her pre-shrunk timeline, to avoid any problems. But if you really want her to be from the current timeline, and restored to her normal height, you should try to find a way to twist the 'powers/abilities' thing to suit that. Otherwise, pre-shrunk timeline would be better.

The only point I'm confused about is trying "to find a way to twist the 'powers/abilities' thing to suit that". Shiho has no supernatural abilities that would be drained. Her natural abilities are her genius-level intelligence and specialty in biochemistry, namely poisons. To date, her APTX 4869 antidote has only been temporary, so she can't fix herself; since weapons are confiscated, I'm assuming the temporary antidote won't be at her disposal, either.

My reason for not wanting to take her from before she shrank is because she's a very different, stone cold person while working for the Black Organization. Now that you mention it, though, taking her from that timeline could be fun!

Gosh, this is almost too complicated to be worth considering. Maybe I should just let her stay a chibi. Sorry for the rambling! Once the RP starts, a second character might be too much for me, anyway! XD

Another question

Assuming I want to apply for a character that is some sort of inanimate object (ie, doll) magically brought to life, how would the watering down of powers affect that?

[To be more specific, she's a doll that relies on a magically implanted 'stone' of sorts to live, and if she loses the stone, she stops moving until it's returned]

Or is the Host just that amazingly special in that they can rob the Rosa Mystica of most of its power without causing her physical impairment?

Well, in this case I will have to say that the Host is just that amazingly special that he can take away all of its powers without actually harming the character.

hmmm, might start my first rp here.

When you say we can find in the closet some of our character's clothing, accessories, and trinkets, minus weaponry. Is a strait razor from a shaving kit and a sharpening stone considered weapons?

The strait razor is considered a weapon, however, the sharpening stone is more or less; so the character may only keep the sharpening stone if it's of sentimental value.

Just to be sure, so I don't F up the application, I use the canon history right? I want to nab Soifon, so do I use the current story arc of Bleach, and then have her wake up here? Because the fact that her shinigami powers would be stripped would be a lot of fun to play. Especially at such a time...if we're going by the Bleach anime/manga...

Yep, you use her canon history. You can take her from any timeline you want as long as she did exist for that timeline, and you know her history up to that point.
