Q3. When did you first become interested in Star Trek? The newest movie from 2009. Since then, however, I've been sucking up Star Trek wherever, and however, I ( Read more... )

Hi Soror! You seem to be having a bit of trouble with your LJ-cut. If you could fix it ASAP, that'd be great! It seems to be ending after question 10. Here's some help if you need it. Thank you!

Okay, I seem to have fixed the problem. I'm not sure, but it looks okay now.

I'm sorry about the foul-up, and thank you for being kind enough to point that out to me. I've been having troubles with closing the lj-cut at the appropriate segment.

Sorry.

Hi Soror!

Thanks for your application. I'm going to recommend you for Operations based on the way you described interacting with people, as well as the following paragraph:

I am a paper-filing guru. I also memorize rules like I breathe air, but retain the ability to know how to talk to people so that they can also understand the rules. Not to mention I'm very good at languages. That is where most of my experience is, though I'm not adverse to trying something outside my comfort zone.

It shows that you have a strong influence towards operations even though your personality might fit Tactical more :)

Good luck!

Hum, I do with you could have expanded more in your application - it's difficult to get a sense of where to put you without the why at the end of each answer.

That being said, Hopefully, I gain more friends and being truly and without a doubt lacking anyone else to rely on is the most terrifying thought ever and Just because I've had a bad day doesn't mean I have to ignore the world. That's just a sure-fire way to ensure that it continues going poorly and that I don't get over it ALL point toward a desire to be social - to make connections and to sustain them ( ... )

I'm sorry. I thought I was doing pretty good, until I looked at some of the other applications after I had posted. I guess, I didn't want to seem like I rambled too much. I mean, I like to talk, but don't necessarily like people to think I go on pointlessly, and after so many minutes that's what I feel like I'm doing. I apologize again.

And wow, you pegged me so well by just reading a few short sentences. I hate to admit it, but I crave social interaction, and yes, am a bit of a control freak (to the point where I control myself not to over-do it, if that makes sense. I don't even like for people to know how controlling I really am).

I'll work on being more out going, and talking a bit more.

Thank you!

Definitely Operations - from start to finish. Your top personality traits (good and "bad") and your social relations just say everything.

Hi there! This had me chuckling: …because anyone who believes himself to be Robin Hood should be a hands-down favorite. I have a thing for swashbuckling, so I completely understand.

…being truly and without a doubt lacking anyone else to rely on is the most terrifying thought ever.

I prefer to be behind the scenes most the time, but everyone likes a few seconds to shine now and then.

Honesty and fun-loving personalities are the most admirable traits in other people.

Your organization, ability to prioritize, approachability, hard work, and desire to get along with others would be a tremendous asset to the friendly, helpful folks in Operations.
