Ooh, yes, another vote for Operations You're well-organized, diplomatic, handle dealing with data well, are dependable and humble, and are skilled at planning and administration. So, Operations sounds like a perfect fit!

Your reasons for disliking Riker are interesting and logical (and awesome). Practical, even. You are here seeking a challenge, to push the limits of your comfort zone, and that is admirable. You are reliable, calm, able to communicate maturely, and adaptive.

You seem very even keeled. Not Medical, not Tactical, and the curiosity and drive are missing for Exploratory. Your list of weaknesses doesn't really help me much! But, you work well in groups (whether leading them or not) and with everything else I can comfortably recommend Operations for you.
