Throughout your application I was waiting for the moment when I would start to really get an understanding of who you are and I'm sorry to say I never felt it. I have to cast my vote for CivilianI felt a few small vibes towards Operations because of your apparent pride in being able to fix things with little in the way of supplies; however, there wasn't enough to go on. I can see glimpses of an understanding person peeking through, such as in Q19, but those moments were fleeting, if only because of the abruptness of the majority of your answers ( ... )

Especially reading through Q11 & Q12, I felt like I spent most of this application wanting more detail. It's mentioned above, but the assumed "why" after the questions really helps us figure out where you belong - it's easier to get an idea of what track would be the best fit for you.
The Kobayashi Maru part of the test is also a great way to really understand an applicant's personality, and I would have really liked to see you expound more on that front.
