I was totally going for Operations until Q11 and your answer of 'introspection'. Plus that was backed up later by your idealism, the need to protect others on that uncharted planet and your interpretation of the Prime Directive (which I agree with completely by the way). You see the Directive as this cold, unfeeling edict that is missing the key ingredient of compassion and that aversion to the cold, emotionless choices that Starfleet sometimes makes (McCoy, anyone?) is textbook Medical :)

haha i'm glad! i was a little worried that my thinking on the Prime Directive was a little... alternative! truthfully speaking, i do think the Prime Directive is largely necessary, at least to allow planets to grow on their own and in their own right. i'm just a little iffy on the 'don't interfere until someone's about to start a genocide' bit.

Hello, nice to meet you!!

I had to go with Medical, usually while reading applications I am torn between two tracks until the very end, but with yours by the time I finished your reasoning's for belonging in each track I knew where you belonged.

Also not that it in anyway relates to your track placement, I had to comment to say I loved your reasoning for TOS!Kirk being your least favorite. I am the type of fan that once I love a character I will generally allow that characters feeling/ interactions with other characters to temper mine and it made me smile that you did the same.

Hope you enjoy the Fleet!
