难得看到的 pix of sunset in berkeley
looking out my window, pass the massive brown roof with its skinny chimney and tilted satellite dish, through the spaces between branches and leaves, i once again caught a glimpse of the hot pink marshmallow clouds during sunset! :D
i like our new place off telegraph this year, but the one thing that i can no longer enjoy when living here is watching the sunset everyday right outside my window. i have no view what so ever now, except occasionally i'd see brown squirrels chasing each other around on the roof at a speed so fast that i wouldn't be sure if i had actually seen something.
there's something special about the sunset in berkeley, it's not ur typical golden 火烧云, the colors are somewhere between hot pink and purple here. 常见的日落整个天都是金色, 这里日落时天依旧很蓝, 只有离地平线最近的那一片天泛着鲜艳的紫红色.
自从第一次上到学生宿舍六楼阳台上看到BERKELEY的日落, 我就对其他颜色的日落失去了兴趣. 金色的天对我来说不再迷人, 它只能让我想起中央电视台的那个给老年人设计的<<夕阳红>>节目, 呵呵.
on the other hand, 这里的日落充满了生机, 亮亮的粉红, 是在某个梦幻世界中才有的颜色.
