Back in January, I donated my eighth pint of blood to the American Red Cross. Eight pints is of course one gallon and the Red Cross people said that they would mail a gallon pin to me. Today, I finally received it in the mail and for some reason, it totally made my day. It's a little golden blood drop with a red cross and the number "1" on it. The
