I am on dangling modifer patrol and I assume you mean pass on the fact that it is world AIDS day tomorrow as opposed to "tomorrow is World AIDS day, pass it (AIDS) on!".

Well hopefully no one who reads my LJ has AIDS...therefore they would not be able to pass it on. But you never know.
