You have the whole thing right except they both tell me that I owe the other institution money and not themselves becuase it wasn't their system with the problem. I have been documenting my calls, however in infinite forgetfulness I have not recorded all of the operators names but I do have details from each call. For the last 2 calls I have made I have gotten the operators name and will do henceforth. Thanks again for the advice :-)
