When I was reading it I thought it was as though you were actually writing something you were witnessing first hand. Little touches like the hollowing of cheeks and looking at the top of the head, made it rise above most other scenes I have read.

Oooh, yeah - I like 'em both - obviously. But I'm not sure I really like Jonathan's recent visage. I like him a little (read: a lot) skinnier & slinkier. & Egads! Drop the mustache. Hard to picture him as a sub in his current incarnation, but one never knows, does one....
