Everybody else is posting pictures of their dinners. I can do that too. This is Unagi to Edamame or, as I affectionately refer to it, Eel and Beans.

sometimes i eat only edamame for dinner, & i find that i end up happy-happy-happy at the end of those meals.

i bet you can find my eel! it's totally popular in japan, and therefore should be gettable in the states at your local snooty ethnic foods store. or you can get this totally amazing book.

No, I completely agree with you on this point. Eel is, in fact, disgusting. Octopus is also yucky.

Mmmm, edamame = delicious. That eel looks good too, but I am not as into it, for obvious reasons.
