Now I remember why I stopped reading the new xxxHOLiC and TRC scans--the other fans! It seems that I can't find any to have an intelligent conversation with--well, I rarely do but there are ones that use their brains instead of panicking after every chapter comes out ( Read more... )

I must admit, I haven't been following Tsubasa too much of late because I'm so annoyed with all the Fai angst that I've stopped liking him altogether and just follow the series for the original CLAMP characters who show up (bondage!Eagle? So much love), and yet when I read that Kurogane had stabbed Ashura-oh I thought *exactly* "No, they're killing Ashura!" even though I knew he was going to have to be killed off. I love the original Ashura-oh, and I must confess to being sad that it looks like he's the only character in the series who is going to get a horrible fate in both his original series and the Tsubasa one. I was wanting happy Ashura-oh/Taishukaten fic bunnies, damn it! We don't even get Taishukaten at all. So sad.

Yep. You're totally not going to get anything vaguely approaching intelligent discussion out of me, either. Sorry about that!

I just have to Thank You for responding to my rant!

But see, that's where you're wrong! It is full of intelligent comments. I guess I just get irritated with people who only post one line and never explain what they mean.

See, I can totally understand this, especially if you haven't been reading the last few chapters.

But here's the thing: for the last 2--no--3 chapters, Ashura has been actively trying to get Fai to kill him. Evidently papa!Ashura's martyr-complex transcends series. And I, too, am bummed about the non-appearance of Taishukaten ( ... )
