I officially start my third trimester today. My lil guy's (knock on wood)due date is Oct. 15....exactly 3 months. I hope I am a good mommy. I can't wait to meet him:)
you're welcome. And like someone else already told you..labor hurts..a lot. But you can ask for an epidural which can help significantly. With my first, I had pain for awhile but it got to a point that they gave me the epidural because I was sapped of strength and I needed to sleep. They gave it to me after over 10 hours of me not doing much. The baby was in a little distress, I was swollen like a balloon and they doctor wanted the baby out so he hooked me up with the epi and turned of the potosin(sp?) to induce labor. The epidural worked so well they had to keep waking me up to push. I would fall asleep after each contraction.
Now, when they took the epidural out, yeah, I woke up fast but 20 minutes later, I had a little baby girl and I forgot all about the pain. So will you when they put that baby boy in your arms.
Its a weird feeling when you realize you're in your third trimester than its like omgoodness, I only have a few more weeks. I'm starting to get really nervous as I have 28 days left. 0_0
Enjoy the last trimester - each and every minute of it! Once Baby is here, there's no putting him back in the oven, so to speak! I actually enjoyed being pregnant quite a bit. Yes, the endless morning sickness sucked and I never thought I'd quit puking with Taryn, but once I got past it I loved the rest of it. Same with the other two

The question isn't "will you be a good mom?" but "are you a good mom?" And the answer is such a big, resounding "YES!" that it's not even a question!
