how come, when i say, "no, i don't want children," people feel the need to make me justify why? why the fuck do you want to have kids? isn't it more important to analyze why you want to bring another human being into this world and take care of it, then why you don't?

Oh, I SO hear you on that. I hate those looks people give me... like I'm not even human after daring to admit I don't want to have babies. It's not as if society doesn't tell me every day that I'm a freak, it'd be nice if everyone I run into in my daily life didn't either.
