I have had the worst day POSSIBLE at work. I can live with the customers yelling at me, but a 20-minute rant from a colleague is beyond the pale. I may have to kill someone and I am starting with her

also had the week from hell, but luckily no ingrate children/sister/husband/ to put up with. we can cry on eachothers msn tommorrow - if its working.
