Nice one! There's such and air of excitement about this series for me, which started at the end of last season and just keeps coming.
Funny to think of the differences between Rory and Mickey - both starting as the unassuming boyfriend and then going on wildly different paths. But Mickey was a whingus, and Rory suddenly has a whole season where he's at the centre of things. The only thing that bothers me is that they will have to either kill the parents or take away the child if they are to follow common narrative convention. What they do there interests me more than who River 'really' is... ;) (although it's confession time! I sneaked a look at the BBC website...)

Moffatt has already addressed the thing that bothers you, but you have to see the episode to see how.

Rory is a new element in the series. He is the Doctor's equal in everything except cardio-vascular and regenerative terms. As I described him in an email recently he is "the incredibly brave, incredibly intelligent guy who isn't into all this adventury stuff but will do anything for the woman he loves"

And you are a bad girl for sneaking onto the BBC website, but the eleventh Doctor seems to like bad girls. Moffatt!!!

Yes. You really do need to see last week's episode before watching this one.
