i made some complex guinea fowl dish the other day and today i ate rabbit and seafood paella. tommorow im cooking crayfish bisque.
btw guinea fowl is kinda like a chicken, rabbit tastes like sweeter gamey white meat, and a bisque is a soup.
lots of tasty new things.
