So, now that I'm posting to the right place (went to my journal last night by accident) - did anyone else watch the Oscars? They were telecast all over, after all. What do you guys think of the winners?

Japan won for best foreign film! That was exciting. And the best animated short was Japanese too. Add that to Slumdog Millionaire's wins and it was Asia year. (laugh)

Oh, and it was really great to see Heath Ledger honored. It's so sad to lose someone so young and talented, and he really deserved the win.
