i don't know what broke your heart, but you have three solutions: 1- busy yourself with everything possible so that you won't think abt what makes you so sad (but that won't solve your problems) 2- take your time and be sad, it can also be healthy to face your sadness so that your can get over it. 3- fight and make efforts to feel brighter... talk abt it to those who understand you best, someone else's opinion or point of view might help you feel better!
