I thought they did. Am I wrong? I only took a semester of politics in high school, and that was 15 years ago.

I've no idea, but I'll wager "False," because people in some states probably have problems counting to two.

All states except Nebraska have a bicameral legislature. I was so proud of John McCain for saying "bicameral" during the debates tonight.
