Who: Honey and YOU (open to anyone who wants in) Where: Throughout the mansion When: First couple of days of the event Rating: M for likely violence Summary: A wolf in rabbits' clothing The Story: ( Did someone order adorabloodthirsty? )
Souji is still trying to find Kanji. He's been trying to find Kanji since the event started, and somehow, despite being stuck in the same building, he keeps managing to not get that one task done.
He's exhausted, but he doesn't think he can really rest until he finds who he's looking for.
When he comes across Honey, he pauses, but doesn't move his sword from where it's resting on his shoulder. He doesn't know or even recognize Honey, and it's easy to mistake him for being a lot younger than he is.
Honey looks up, weary but still with that thirst to quench. This one has a sword too but that's fine - he's dealt with one, this one's no different even if it's wielded by someone bigger than the last.
"Why not? Seems to me I'm the only one I can trust right now."
He clutches Usa-chan tightly, obscuring the lower part of his face behind the bunny doll.
Souji lowers his sword. He's already so much taller than Honey that having his sword up on his shoulder might seem like a threat. He rests the tip of the blade on the floor behind his foot.
"It's easier for someone to attack you if you're alone."
Whether it was bravado or genuine fearlessness was hard to tell; Honey had deliberately tempered his tone to leave that grain of doubt. Besides, with that sword it was possible he was facing another wolf and if that was the case then Honey wanted him to know he wasn't as easy a target as he might seem.
When Souji nods, it's not so much that he's making an assumption about Honey as that he's giving him the benefit of the doubt. It doesn't help that he doesn't look a whole lot older than Nanako.
Nodding down the hallway, he lifts his sword again, though he keeps it at his side rather than replacing it on his shoulder. "That way."
With anyone else, Souji might be able to see that line for the trap it is. But Honey is good at this role, so Souji shifts his grip on his sword and opens the door cautiously, stepping inside.

"You shouldn't be alone."

Big eyes look up at Souji, a plea from the defenceless even though that's far from what Honey truly is right now.

Honey waits for Souji to lead the way - he's not fool enough to let someone he doesn't know to trust walk behind him, especially not with that sword.

"What about this?"

The hint of hesitation, scripted as it has been the other times but Honey's a natural at playing a role.
