The Story:
Puck's not sure why he's doing this, because it's totally weird and kind of stupid, and he half expects Santana to slam the door in his face. But she's the one who made a big deal about her birthday, so he picked up something from the closets and now he's at her door to drop it off.
He knocks once and says, "Hey Lopez, you there?"
