[Making her way over to you, Rise, is a very excited looking sea troll with a purple-frosted cupcake in her hand. Uneaten as yet]

Hi! Aren't they all so pretty? It was tough choosing one.

[Rise had seen the trolls over the network, but this was the first time she really talked to one in person. But Feferi was really friendly, and so Rise smiled brightly at her.]

Yeah, it's a whole rainbow of them here! That purple one looks good... Hmm... I think I'll try this one!

[Rise picked up a yellow-frosted cupcake, inspecting it.]

Let's try them!

They all look good. It was tough deciding where to start!

[As she bites into the cupcake. The more she eats of it, the more masculine she's suddenly becoming, though it doesn't quite register until she goes to speak]

Wow, that was...wait, what? I don't sound like me...[And she gasps in realisation as she registers other subtle changes]

[Rise had sampled her cupcake too, thinking it was pretty good. But it was becoming obvious that something was up with Feferi now.]

Whoa, okay, what happened to you? That's... kind of creepy.

[She heard the words come out so easily, and she hadn't meant to offend or say it straight out like that!]

I'm not altogether shore.

[Casually examining the bits of herself she can see. There's not a huge amount of difference between trolls but it's still weird]

Well now, how am I supposed to be abdicated Empress to be when I'm turning into Eridan...wait. I'm not, am I?

[Excuse her while she pricks her finger just to make sure her blood colour's the same]

H-hey! Don't do that, what are you doin---Hey, what really happened to you? First you're gonna be an Emperor at this rate, and now your blood's this weird freaky color!

[Rise winced visibly and tried to shut herself up. Tact, what is that. Not that Rise was too cautious with her words to start, but even she knew there were limits.]

[Feferi shakes her head, actually looking a little relieved]

No...no, my blood's the right colour. This is how it's supposed to be. I just seem to have become male...well that's not so bad I suppose. If anyone doesn't like it they'll just have to put up with it.

[And she giggles, even though guys don't really do that. Guess what, this one does]

Oh... that's a relief then!

[It really had been since Feferi didn't seem offended by her choice of words. She liked Feferi a lot for how cheerful and easygoing she was.]

Aw, being a girl is so much more fun! But no one should be unhappy with you if you're a girl or a boy! What counts is what kind of person you are!

That's very true. I do like being a girl but I'm still me even if I'm not!

[Rise giggled and gave her a nod.]

Feferi...? That's a name I've never heard of, but it's pretty! It sounds Italian, like an expensive brand of purses or shoes... That's so cool!

I just got here not that long ago! I don't know a lot about this place, but it doesn't seem too bad right now.

Well, sometimes it gets a bit crazy. But aside from that it's a lot of fun.

[Rise nodded.]

I heard about how it can get crazy, but it's a relief they let us have some fun once in a while! Plus you can make anything fun just depending on how you look at things!

A sea troll? Um, I don't think there were any trolls where I come from, or not for real, anyway. So there's other kinds of trolls besides ones that live in the sea? What kinds are there?

[Rise also giggled, understanding a little more about Feferi and her sea affiliation. Aw, she likes Feferi a lot.]
