Ok, perhaps I should replace "closest thing you can find" with "first thing you can find". Although I did search for a nail file, after I gave up, the matchbox was the first thing I came across that would do the job. There's plenty of appropriately-gauged sandpaper in the basement.

Actually, nothing with a fine enough gauge to do the job. Now, if I'd wanted to remove the callouses on my feet, I could have found something there...

Now, see, I wouldn't say that makes you "not a girl" I would say that makes you the right kind of girl to have around. Ingenuity and quick thinking in a crisis, and all. :)
