So, the tenant (not roommate) search begins again...

For those who don't know the place, it's 1br/4 room/800 square feet. About 10-15 minutes walk from Davis, near Somerville hospital.

I'm asking $1300 with a 1 year lease, but would be willing to negotiate for the right person/people.

Huge pantry and storage closet.
Free laundry in basement.
Newly redone front porch.
Small back yard.
Cats allowed.
Owner occupied building.
1 year lease preferred, 9 month lease (until the end of May) possible.

This is in your house, I take it?

Our main thing is that although sharing 1 BR would be okay for us, we definitely want to have a spare room with enough space for a small single bed/day bed type thing. (I.e., we need spaces of our own, even if one person's private space is on the small side).
