My genitals are awesome! I can even provide references. :)
Seriously: the hardest part was last August, when I went through two very hardcore and seriously miserable weeks of menopause. Since then, though, the internal genitalia has been remarkably quiet and, I hear, is busily atrophying to a nice small size.
Externally, well, there are a lot of sites where you can check out various photos of growth, and you should, because OMG are the results ever dramatic.
What is your current stance on pronouns? If I recall, it seemed you'd last decided you'd let people addressing you choose sans correction but I'm not sure I have that right. I've read a few posts where you relay individual's lack of comfort when trying to choose their pronouns.
What are your thoughts on the gender neutral pronouns?
I remember another post where you discussed something to the effect of "losing" your tears. How have your emotional capabilities changed since you began transition? Are you satisfied with your empathizing abilities and have you noticed any difference there?
Thanks for opening yourself up to such questioning!
I still don't mind any pronouns that people use for me, as long as they're thoughtful about it. I think it's settled out to most people using female pronouns when they refer to me-as-parent and male the rest of the time, and that's kind of what I expected

Oh, huh. The protein thing is fascinating. I mean this in general, and as regards you, but also -- surprisingly -- it sheds light on my own relationship with protein.
I'll second that. I wonder what if any studies have been done on this subject.
I have observed a direct link between protein intake and mood with both myself and K. My protein needs in particular went up dramatically when pregnant and then while I was breastfeeding, then went down when K weaned.
K, especially when in a growth spurt as now, NEEDS protein or she is a grumpy little person.
I asked this elsewhere, but nobody responded. I don't actually expect you to know everything, but another pov is always useful. (I've had this conversation with trans and cis friends before.)
How does any person know if they are supposed to be a guy/gal?
(And where is the line between subverting whatever paradigms and actually belonging on the other side?)

(this was long pre-transition; she was wearing a T-shirt of a captive-bead ring that said "GUESS WHERE". So I did.)
