Moral principles:

1. Utilitarianism

Essentially, utiliarianism operates via the greatest good for the greatest number of people.

No. Ethics we do not have book. But you can read on Ferrell. The whole book covers the Ethics Syllabus. This include Cognitive Model also of Kohlberg's 6 stages.

I am doing corporate goverance also. Book is written by Mallin.

Hi there,

Icic. Should have expected a different book as well as I guess the industry of our backgrounds are dissimilar.

Came across Kohlberg some time ago which I think deals with sociological/psychological ideas under an organizational behaviour study.

Hmm ..how are you finding these modules?

Yep, it is mandatory for my case to take up ethics course. To provide us with insights and guidance in what to do and what not to do lor.. :)
