Home basic woes
Anyone has any idea of using windows XP/Vista home basic version to join computer domains?
It seems like one has to upgrade to the higher end versions (e.g. vista ultimate) to be able to do so.
But is there anyway to work around this?
Say, for the purpose of remote desktop control?

It should cost hundreds to upgrade to those versions which might not be desirable..hmm..
And just curious, what is it that has to be changed to allow XP home to join domains?
