Heh. Yes, but beans have an unwanted side effect I was hoping to avoid. ;p

Ended up using some of it to make a ham, root veggie and quinoa stew. Froze the rest. It'll be a good gumbo stock (even though I always use turkey). Tastes incredibly yummy!
