Man, I never do 'techy' posts anymore. Here's one centering around my new-found love for ida2sqlIDA2SQL is a (free) python script by Zynamics, which exports your IDA disassembly into a nice MySQL (or other DBMS) database. From there, it's quite easy (and fast) to query. I've found it much easier and speedier than writing idc (or even idapython) ( Read more... ) -

Just a quickie, to share some good news - mum has been told she _doesn't_ have COPD, the chronic lung issue that the doc told her she has. She has some scarring on her lungs but they think that she must've had bronchitis at some point in the past, but they're quite happy with her. "See how things go for a few years" is as good a diagnosis as anyone ( Read more... ) -
