I know it from watching the video of some 90s Family Values show in New Orleans. In their performance of Du Hast, the lead singer had this huge fake penis coming out of his pants that had a steady stream of water (i hope) coming out of it and he jerked off while singing. I would probably crack up upon hearing the song as well.
