I last played Final Fantasy VI back when it was FF 3 on the SNES.

But I am now playing Lost Odyssey. And.

This game is amazing. I did almost give up after the first boss battle, because it was like a fucking hour of talking to people, but the game has gotten cool.

IMO the most important thing in any RPG is the combat system. If I can't get past it I can't play the game no matter how good the story is.
