Well, its been a year since I last stopped Accutane, and I decided to do an utterly frivolous yet deadly serious skin update! Seeing as how I'm now working in a plastic surgery department, and surrounded by supposed paragons of beauty, I decided to take a really good hard look at my own complexion

first of all.. for goodness sakes... stop using soap on yr face. I don't care if it's clinique or aesops... soap is bad bad bad for the face!

moisturise only if yr skin is dry. get a good aha and bha product for daily use.

i heard ipl is pretty good, and there's a new one called Fraxel. but can't afford it myself, so dunno how it'd be like! :(

oh yeh, don't forget sunscreen. everyday uv rays are the main cause of wrinkles.

Its cheap and works wonders!

and IPL of course.. non invasive, and effective!
