Just to update: My flight got in fine on Wednesday, and I have been trying to rest since then. I have a dreadful cold/flu type thing, just as after the last flight, so I cannot sleep for more than a few hours at a time currently. It doesn't seem as bad as last time (I lost my voice for weeks and was so dizzy and out-of-it that I fainted and did bad
