I don't know if it'll be up to the task, but white vinegar is an excellent deodorizer against ordinary odors. Either use it straight or diluted with water to clean the items themselves, or set a bowl of it next to whatever is stinky. With the smoke smell, it may take a few tries, but hopefully it will help. And yeah, the room will smell of vinegar while the vinegar is out, but that smell dissipates pretty quickly.

Apparently a container of mineral spirits went up overnight and the rest of the building followed suit.
I don't think the mineral spirits was the cause, just something that helped spread the fire. As far as anyone I've talked with knows, the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
