16 weeks?
Damn. I think I set a record.
I really want to apologize to everyone who's been wondering where I disappeared to. Last time I looked around it was mid-March and wtf? -August is like two weeks away. seriously: wtf? It's almost exclusively been the day job, which relatively bites because I can't show anything yet, but man... when the Normal RPG hits, everything's going to be worth it :) I've also been working like mad getting caught up on commissions, which had to get pushed back ...because of the day job. And that's the part that really irks me. I've got some that I really, really need to finish up, and when they were offered to me, I didn't have as much lined up on the book, and then the flood-o-illustration hit and by the time I got most of that stuff wrapped up *poof* mid-July. Christ above me. I'll be begging forgiveness for the rest of the year. Things will be (finally) getting mailed out in the next week, so that's really going help everything out. I know I've been busy before, but not three-months-vanish-and-f*ck-if-I-know-how kind of busy.
...aaaannnnddd speaking of which, I gotta get back to work (..I know..I know..) ...um. so. Yeah. But in the meantime, here's a couple of pieces that I'm working on with amanofhats, it's a quick, little story for calamityjon's Calamity! Project which should be finished by this weekend :) The little guy's fun to draw:
This piece is one we worked up for him when we saw that the upcoming Castlevania game had 'Jonathan Morris' as the hero. Absolutely could not resist ;)
Also: A bunch of updates coming soon and regularly. I've had several people threaten death and obscurity if I go for this long without updating again. There's a bunch of stuff in the works right now, I'll post what and when I'm able :)
