devote 30-60 minutes to every day writing that novel. who cares about nanowrimo and meeting some word cut, just write it anyways. let your creative juices flow as they please, allow yourself to relax in that time, without the pressures of cuts and deadlines, and just get it all out. whether you see it as good or bad doesn't even have to matter, if you don't want it to. letting the creative side of you run wild is very therapeutic, and what i see as the most important part of it all.
and maybe limit yourself to the writing time per day, so as not to put off other things. taking away the pressure of nanowrimo may fix this anyways, but should the novel get in the way you know the option to limit your time is there.
*hugs* i know how stressful school can be. 50,000 words! I say as long as its brilliant - which in no doubt it will be - then it doesn't matter if you don't meet the target. relax sweetie and feel good, i know it can be hard but try to relax and then have little breaks in working to refresh your mind!
just writewritewrite! i mean, nanowrimo-wise, i started a week late last year and pulled it off...and planned to devote november to writing me novels this year, but...life didn't agree with me this year, so no write for me.
