I have a question - is it possible for the things we are returned to be mixed up. Like the mail was delivered to the wrong address? I think they might have given me someone else's package. The card says...18 times 365 times 24. Like a math equation. This is beyond bizarre

All I can tell is that it's a mathematical equation. However, nothing else pops into mind.
