I'm not too concentrated. But, I have been hearing that I've been moving about strangely fast. Not sure what that's about.

First, that person must surrender. Once that is done... well, there are over a thousand ways to torture someone without killing them. The only thing required is the correct tools. The sharper silverware in this town's kitchens should do for the start, while gardening tools are also quite efficient for the more bloody forms of torture. It depends on how much you wish to hurt them, in the end.
