working in an office with three middle aged women (one of them being my mother) has been a frustrating experience, to put it lightly. but every now and then i’m able to step back and realize that it’s also pretty goddamned hilarious. the air conditioning has been shut off this week because of roof construction. my mother is a cold-blooded animal

Also I had to tell you: the other day on the way to the airport my mom mentioned for some reason how polite "those two friends" were, meaning you and Graham, and how it was SO NICE how you were "the only ones" of my friends to ask her if she needed help in the kitchen (haha untrue, but w/e), and then she added, "Must be that med-er-o-sexual thing."
