Things keep going. I've been working some overtime at work because I'm a loser with a lot of deadlines. My first paycheque came in the mail. I might have to wait until I get back to Canada to cash it...strangely enough ( Read more... )

Nice place! For some reason I pictured something a little bit (okay a lot) more rundown ;-). Being that she's letting you rent it for a very short time and it's like downtownish LA (if i'm not mistaken).

It's Hollywood, not downtown Los Angeles, but close enough.

The red carpet disappeared yesterday and today. They've replaced it with new, greyish carpet.

Well Mulholland is only a 5 minute drive from here...so, it's kinda the place in the movie -- in a very non-direct way.

Your building looks like NOTHING I imagined. It has this cute English-cottagey type feel to it.
