Hey Rose,

Don't worry about it. Things will work themselves out, I promise. AS for Derek, just tell him to talk to Carolyn. I mean, think about it. She is only hearing from Haley and Zoe, so if he won't come over there and talk, it just looks like what they are saying is right, so she has no choice. But, if she hears from Derek, she'll be able to give him his job back, because then it would look like he is responsible, and all that stuff.
