EF 17 was really different than the last years EF. For me it was 100% greater and made me so much happier.

That's an understandable step, really. You're so committed to helping EF and other conventions out with artwork* besides working a full-time job and otherwise a full life (family, partner, friends, hobbies...) that I think you're doing more than your necessary share. You've always gone the extra mile because your own standards kept increasing every time you completed a task successfully. But I think each of us comes to a point where it just becomes too much to juggle. I'm leading a small team at EF and I agree that it's a lot of work - I really wouldn't do it if it wasn't a lot fun too. When the fun is gone, you should quit
