Those criteria are usually mutually exclusive. Most intellectual jobs are volunteer or very low pay, while high-paying jobs require the loss of intellect and/or morality/ethics.
A good compromise is tutoring. Parents will happily cough up $30-$50 per hour for you to get their offspring through high school/college. AP students are frantic for tutors this time of year. Many times, you need to come up with ways for the students to learn the material quickly. Others just want you to do their homework for them.

Intellect... isn't that a body part between the thighs and naval???? I can think of a couple jobs in that area... and not all of them are shitty!
