i reset 108 feet of shelving today, it took me 737 minutes. i don't even understand that number in terms of real time since my brain passed the ability to parse and divide around the 360th minute. skjfalksfafaief. flarg

first thing i did upon landing! we got in at, like...1AM and i ate two cherries for you before going to bed :)

they starved us...see we took off at 12:30pm from SB (but we were originally supposed to have left at 11:30 so we'd only had breakfast and not lunch and then they put us in the security area where there was no food an wouldn't let us back out after telling us the flight was delayed...) and then we were traveling with almost no layover time between flights until midnight when we got to Michigan so we were so hungry when we got in at 1am we didnt care - we went to kitchen and ate. cherries! for you! as my first act! and they were good.

Ack! I'm so jealous. I want to read on the pier with you, and eat fresh Michigander cherries. I know you're gone now, but maybe if I type really loudly, you'll hear me - say hi to the lake for me!!

oh, man, and they're so much better than normal...we're here for the Cherry Festival so there's craziness and an absurd abundance of cherries to be had.

i read for a couple hours on the pier today and actually thought of you and Gaby and youre recent picture posts and how lame i am at taking pictures of any kind and how i should probably just freaking make myself take some just for you guys. it's so pretty here.... i think tomorrow i will just walk around with my camera and take pictures of everything we do. including laundry.

the weather is being un-Michigan-y and so i'm not propperly stocked up with socks and things like that so we have to do some emergency wash...we'll see.
